[ARCHIVED] Ouachita Avenue closure for memorial ceremony

Ouachita Avenue, between Hazel and Hawthorn streets, will be closed to through traffic Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. for a ceremony to honor fallen law enforcement officers at the Garland County Police Memorial monument.
