The Hot Springs Planning Commission regular monthly meeting has been scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The meeting will include a public hearing to consider the following land use requests:
Elite Hair and Extension Bar – 251 Hobson Avenue – conditional use permit request to operate a full service salon from an existing commercial structure in a C-TR district.
Saint Mark Baptist Church – 542 Crescent Avenue – Miscellaneous application request for a 4-by-8 foot illuminated church information sign 7 foot 6 inches in height in a R-4 district.
