Panama Street, between McLeod Street and Lakeshore Drive, will be closed to through traffic from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. daily from Friday, September 9 through Friday, September 23 for wastewater line construction. Detour signs will be posted. Motorists should seek alternate routes.
