[ARCHIVED] City phone system to go temporarily offline

Between 4 p.m. and approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, the City of Hot Springs’ Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone system will go temporarily offline during the installation of a major upgrade to the city’s primary Internet connection. During this period, those who need to contact any City of Hot Springs department except the Police Department can call or text 609-5464. Those needing to contact the Police Department can call 321-6795, a dedicated non-emergency number. In case of emergency, the public is always encouraged to call 9-1-1. The public’s patience will be appreciated during the service upgrade.
