[ARCHIVED] Exchange Street closing

Exchange Street, between Court Street and the entrance to the Exchange Street Parking Plaza, will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday for crosswalk improvements. The parking plaza will be accessible. Signs will be posted, and motorists are asked to seek an alternate route during street closure.
