HOT SPRINGS – Emory Street, from Higdon Ferry Road to Prichard Street, will be closed to through traffic on Friday, February 7 for gas line construction.
The northbound lane of Opera Street, from Spring to Reserve streets, will be closed and reduced to southbound one way traffic only for one week beginning Friday, February 7. Northbound traffic will detour to Civic Street.
Signs will be posted, and motorists are asked to seek alternate routes during street closures.
