The Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold a work session immediately following next Tuesday’s regular agenda meeting, which begins at 4 p.m. in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The work session will include a presentation on the city’s Green Infrastructure Plan.
