A presentation of preliminary plans for the Malvern Avenue Revitalization Project will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28 at the Visitors Chapel AME Church, 318 Church Street.
The City of Hot Springs wants to revitalize the downtown area and improve walkability, appearance, and green infrastructure in the Malvern Avenue gateway into downtown Hot Springs. This goal was selected as the Senior Class Design project for the University of Arkansas Community Design Center. UACDC Director Steve Luoni is overseeing the design process and will present the preliminary plans. The public is invited to view the presentation and provide comments.
