[ARCHIVED] Hot Springs Planning Commission public hearing notice

The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 13 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:

PPI Properties Citizens Bank Roof Sign – Seeking roof sign approval and maximum square foot variance for roof signage on Citizens Bank/Federal Building to include 6 foot letters. Garland County Parcel #90848;

121 Nickels – Zoning change request from R-4 to C-TR for Avondale Addition, Block 9, Lot 3 and Part of Lot 4. Garland County Parcel #35132;

Spurwink Subdivision – 161 Spurwink Lane – Preliminary subdivision review for a three lot residential subdivision located in a gated development with private drive access;

Approximately 305 Oak Creek Drive – Initial zoning consideration for lands subject to a voluntary annexation petition consisting of approximately 21 acres. Garland County Parcel #112922 and #3641;

Oaklawn Park Horse Barn Master Plan – Article II Site Plan review for eleven new horse barns and one maintenance barn near the intersection of Tuggle, Sellers, and Highland streets. Garland Count Parcel #81245;

Guido’s Egg Roll to Go – 812 Higdon Ferry Road – Conditional use request to operate a mobile food concession from the subject property in C-TR zone district;

218 Park Avenue – Conditional use permit request to develop a 124 space off-street paved public parking lot in the C-1 zone district. Garland County Parcel #55635;

1000 Park Avenue – Consideration of public mural on the west wall of 1000 Park Avenue;

341 Whittington Avenue – Emergent Arts Mural – Arts in the Park – Consideration of public mural located on the Dryden Pottery Building;

812 Central Avenue – Hot Springs National Park Rotary Mural Project – Consideration of public mural located on the south wall of the 812 Central Avenue building;

 122 Sanford Street – The Garage Church – Conditional use permit request to convert industrial building into a religions facility along with site improvements.
