The inside lanes from the 100 to 300 blocks of Central Avenue will be closed from 3 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 27 for the annual installation of flower baskets on decorative light poles in the downtown area. Orange traffic cones and safety lighting will be utilized. Motorists are asked to use caution traveling in the area.
