[ARCHIVED] Controlled burn today at Garvan Woodland Gardens

HOT SPRINGS – A one-day controlled burn will take place in a 3-acre area of Garvan Woodland Gardens today, February 14. The burn, overseen by the Arkansas Forestry Commission and the Hot Springs Fire Department, will be conducted to control undergrowth on the westernmost end of the gardens and along the lake. Area residents may observe smoke during the burn.
