The City of Hot Springs will cease serving as a registered ticket agent for Greyhound Bus Lines, effective August 31, 2017.
The ticket agent agreement between the city and Greyhound expired December 31, 2016. Since before that date, the city has been working intensively with Greyhound to offer assistance in finding an alternate location for their operations. Passengers can still access www.greyhound.com for ticket purchases, or use Greyhound’s mobile application available for download at Google Play or Apple’s App Store. In the event that Greyhound is unable to locate an alternate ticket sales location, Hot Springs passengers will need to travel to the closest terminal located at the following address: Central Arkansas Development Council, 830 West Moline, Malvern, AR 72104.
The city will continue to work with Greyhound in an effort to help the company find an alternate service location to meet the needs of its patrons.
