Magnolia Street, between Holly and Cove streets, will remain closed to through traffic through Friday, November 3 for wastewater main and manhole improvements. Signs will be posted, and motorists will need to seek an alternate route during street closure.
Exchange Street, from the entrance of Exchange Street Parking Plaza to Mountain Street, will be closed from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday for Glow on the Row Trick or Treat and Halloween Costume Contest.
