511 Pleasant Street - Conditional Use – Conditional use application request for the construction and operation of a new neighborhood pocket park;
2220 Malvern Avenue – Sugar Mama’s Daylight Donuts – Miscellaneous application request for after the fact approval of a roof sign in the shape of a donut;
420 Malvern Avenue – Gateway Food Park – Article II site plan review for the installation and operation of a food truck park from this property;
512 Stover Street – Conditional Use Revocation - GAP Automotive - Conditional use permit revocation consideration for a small scale auto mechanic business operated from C-TR zoned property.
