HOT SPRINGS -- Emory Street, from Higdon Ferry Road to Fleet Street, is now closed to through traffic from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily until March 31 for water and wastewater line construction. The closing may include some overnight hours. Signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during closure.
