The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 12 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
Belvedere Drive and Sleepy Valley – Planned Development Site Plan Amendment – Planned Development site plan amendment to divide the remaining over 450 acres of undeveloped land in Belvedere P.D. into tracts of land 10 acres or greater to sell for single family residential development;
606 and 608 McClendon – Green Lot Split – Lot split request to divide parcel number 92947 into two lots and seeking side yard setback variance for property located at 606 and 608 McClendon;
222 Golf Links Road – Winan Missionary Baptist Church – Miscellaneous application request for modifications to existing church sign to add LED display to automate church messages to community;
Lakeshore Drive – Lakeshore Drive Food Court – Article II site plan review for a new mobile food court with multiple vendors and an ADA compliant restroom;
101 College Drive – National Park College Student Commons Building – Article II site plan review for a new student commons center to be constructed on the National Park College campus;
101 College Drive – National Park College Planning Area Boundary Amendment – Miscellaneous application request to amend the city's adopted planning area boundary to encompass a large portion of the National Park College campus.
