[ARCHIVED] Reserve Street closure update

HOT SPRINGS -- Reserve Street, from Central Avenue to Opera Street, will re-open on Friday evening, February 28 for the weekend. Reserve Street will close again all day on Monday, March 3 to continue water line construction, which has been extended. Westbound traffic on Reserve Street will be detoured to Opera Street to Spring Street. Alternate lane closures may occur. Signs will be posted, and motorists will need to seek an alternate route during closures.
