At the conclusion of its special called meeting held on June 12, the Hot Springs Board of Directors, by motion of Director Elaine Jones, seconded by Director Karen Garcia, and unanimous vote of the board, requested the resignation of City Manager David Frasher. The resignation was tendered and accepted. Subsequently, the board appointed Deputy City Manager Bill Burrough as interim city manager, effective immediately.
