District 5 City Director Karen Garcia will hold a community meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 15 at the Centre at Forest Lakes, 305 Forest Lakes Boulevard. Guest speaker Corporal Joey Williams of the Hot Springs Police Department will provide details on the Neighborhood Watch Program. Interested residents are invited to attend.
