Exchange Street, directly in front of Exchange Street Parking Plaza, will be closed to through traffic from 12 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Thursday for Flavor of the Park at the Exchange Street Parking Plaza. The Exchange Street Parking Plaza will be accessible to motorists. However, signs will be posted and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during street closure.
