As a part of the 2019 Paving Program, three sections of streets located in Hot Springs Districts 2 and 5 are closed until 6 p.m. today, July 19, for repaving.
The streets affected include Chelle Street, between Winans and Shawn streets; Shawn Street, between Winans and Chelle streets; and Parkhill Street, between Hobson and Garland avenues.
The Paving Program includes the recycling and repaving of more than eight miles on nearly 50 sections of city streets.
Signs are posted for detour. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes.
