On 6/13/19 at approximately 1:30PM, two black male suspects were involved in the murder of Kenneth Kelly Jr, who was shot in his home at 200 Portland during a home invasion robbery. The subsequent investigation has determined that one of the suspects was shot during the incident. One suspect was described as being approximately 6’02” with a medium build and had twisted dreadlocks about 5-6 inches long. The second suspect was described as being about 5’09” with a slender build. Both are believed to be in their early 20’s, maybe younger.
The family and friends of Kenneth Kelly, along with Carrigan Funeral Home, have put up a reward of $1500 for information that directly leads to the arrests and convictions of those responsible for this murder. All information will be kept confidential.
