A new safety base material is being installed this week for the large playground at Entergy Park at 530 Lakepark Drive.
The playground will be closed from August 26-30 to allow the City’s Parks & Trails maintenance crew to remove the wood mulch and replace it with rubber mulch. Barriers will be in place around the playground during the installation.
Last week, a Parks & Trails crew replaced the wood mulch base with this new safety base material at the Entergy Park toddler playground.
