On Friday, October 18th, 2019 the Hot Springs Police Department responded to 208 Linwood, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers located Laura Ann Dickerson (58) of Hot Springs deceased inside the residence. It was also noted that Dickerson’s car was missing.
During the investigation is was discovered that April Osborne (23), Isabelle Marcial-Talley (18) and Dillon Orrell (31) all of Hot Springs were involved in the homicide and theft of the victims car.
It appears that the victim and suspects knew each other and that this was not a random act.
The case is still under investigation.
April Osborne and Dillon Orrell are both charged with Capital Murder (Y Felony), Aggravated Residential Burglary (Y Felony) and Theft by Receiving over $2500.00 (D Felony).
Isabelle Marcial-Talley is charged with Capital Murder (Y Felony) and Aggravated Residential Burglary (Y Felony).
All three suspect are being held in the Garland County Detention Center.
