HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 12 in the Hot Springs City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following land use requests:
• Heritage Baptist/Diaz, 2290 East Grand Avenue – Lot split request with easement
• Bell Subdivision, 201 Restful Ridge Road – Preliminary subdivision plat review for Phase II consisting of 11 single-family residential lots
• Alan Springer Allstate Agency, 112 Buena Vista Road – Add an additional sign (42 sq/ft) to an existing pole sign in the P.D. zone district
• Dollar Tree, 4252 Central Avenue – Request new business sign in the P.D. zone district
• Woodstock Addition Subdivision, West Mountain View Drive and Woodstock Drive – Preliminary subdivision plat review for a new 19-lot single-family residential subdivision
• Penski Automotives, 191 Weston Road – Conditional use permit review to construct a proposed 4,480 sq/ft vehicle repair facility in the C-TR zone district
