HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 10 in the Hot Springs City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following land use requests:
• Central Crossing Development sign extension, 4040 Central Avenue - 2-year extension from date of expiration of September 11, 2014 to install a sign on Files Road
• Shady Heights Apt. Homes, 400 block off Shady Heights Road - Extension of time to complete required infrastructure improvements for Shady Heights Apt. Homes
• West Parking Area Addition, 2720 Central Avenue - Addition of a 19-space commercial parking area to an existing parking lot facility
• John Duncan Rezone, 113 John Duncan Street -Zoning change from R2 to M1 on approximately 4.88 acres for parcels #53468 and #81298
• Mural, 728 Central Avenue – Install a mural on the retaining wall on the west side of a downtown parking lot
