HOT SPRINGS – Residents are invited to bring an ornament to hang on one of five Memorial Trees during the Hot Springs Parks & Recreation Department’s “Christmas Memories” event, to be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 6 during Gallery Walk at Kenneth Adair Memorial Park, 358 Central Avenue, across from Bathhouse Row.
“For many people, the holidays are a time for remembering loved ones who have passed or those who are currently on active military duty,” said Parks & Recreation Director Jean Wallace. “Hanging an ornament on the tree is a simple but special way to honor them.”
Ornaments can be retrieved from the display anytime after January 2. For information, call 321-6871.
