HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 14 in the Hot Springs City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following land use requests:
• Central Storage, 4252 Central Avenue - Commercial lot split with easement.
• North side of Twin Points Road - Forest Lakes rezone of tract A and B
• South side of Twin Points Road - Forest Lakes rezone tracts C, D and E
• North side of Twin Points Road - Forest Lakes rezone of tract F
• Repeal Ordinance #5548 and add a new section regarding permitted temporary signs
