HOT SPRINGS -- The attached 15-month status report from Hot Springs Utilities shows that 532 of 547 formal requests for water service, both residential and commercial, were approved by the City of Hot Springs since the implementation of the city’s current connection policy.
Of the approved connections, 180 were within the city and 352 were outside city limits. Water service was provided to all those meeting the criteria set forth in the city’s policy.
