HOT SPRINGS – Stormwater Manager Max Sestili will be the guest presenter at City Director Karen Garcia’s upcoming District Five Community Meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 7 in the Forest Lakes Clubhouse at Forest Lakes Garden Homes, off of Twin Points Road. Sestili will give an update on the downtown emergency siren system, CodeRED emergency notification system and other stormwater projects. District Five residents are encouraged to attend and bring a neighbor. Refreshments will be served.
