[ARCHIVED] Closing Notice

Garland Avenue, between Central and Linwood avenues, will be closed to through traffic daily from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for three weeks beginning Tuesday, November 4 for water line construction.

Signs will be posted, and motorists will need to seek an alternate route during street closure.
