Hot Springs Intracity Transit will hold a “Food for Fare” food drive on Wednesday, December 17. Those bringing a non-perishable food item on any Hot Springs Intracity Transit bus or paratransit van (for transportation for the disabled) on that day will be able to enjoy their ride at no charge. All food collected will be brought to the Jackson House to help feed the community’s less fortunate. “It’s our way of helping to bring Christmas cheer and a hot meal to those who need it most,” said IT Resident Advisor Richard Grandon.
