The Mountain’s Edge, 406 Central Avenue - Request to replace the existing metal storefront siding with stone and replace the storefront glass and framework.
Dugan-Stuart Building, 256 - 264 Central Avenue - Application to install new wood framed storefronts with marble bulkheads, new awnings, and transom windows to be uncovered with new ribbed, obscure glass windows matching originals installed.
Bathhouse Row Winery, 220 Central Avenue - Application to install new business identification signs on the building.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 8 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider a site plan review request for a proposed new restaurant on Lake Hamilton from Bubba Brew’s Sports Pub and Grill, 1252 Airport Road.
