The Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 19 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following requests:

258 Central Avenue - Spa City Tropical Winery & Gifts - Request to install new business identification signs on this storefront;
370 Central Avenue - National Park Gifts - Request for major renovations and color changes on this storefront and building;
110 Central Avenue - Kollective Coffee & Tea – Request to install new business identification signs on this storefront.
