The boil order is still in place for the Crystal Springs area, but the city will issue an update as soon as the Arkansas Health Department releases its decision. ADH indicates that it takes up to 72 hours to get results from the water samples which were submitted early yesterday. Time must be allowed for bacteria growth in the samples before the lab results are determined. The public’s patience is appreciated.
