The City of Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 17 in the Board Chambers of City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following requests:
1873 East Grand Avenue – Adrenaline Sports Adventure Park – Zone change request from R-2 to C-4 for approximately 13 acres located at 1873 East Grand Avenue.
337 Burchwood Bay Road – Flurry Cove Subdivision – Final plat revision for the previously approved Flurry Cove Subdivision to modify the approved common driveway configuration.
130 Oxford Street – Smith Communications – Wireless Communications Facility (WCF) consideration for new 100 foot monopole WCF structure to be located at 130 Oxford Street.
2303 Albert Pike Road – Leek Farms Minor Subdivision – Minor Subdivision request for the creation of a three lot commercial subdivision located at 2303 Albert Pike Road.
312 Carpenter Dam Road – Alliance Rubber – Sign variance request to place a 5 foot by 24 foot monument style sign on contiguous property.
