Exchange Street, from the north side of the Exchange Street Parking Plaza entrance to Mountain Street, will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. until noon Monday, October 19 for holiday decoration installation.
Exchange Street, between Prospect Avenue and Court Street, will be closed to through traffic Monday, October 19 for a fiber optic cable project.
Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
