HOT SPRINGS -- East Belding Street, from Bruce to Lincoln Street will have one lane closed from Tuesday, January 13 through Friday, January 17 for a gas line construction project. Motorists will need to use caution when traveling in this area, as the contractor will also be working on Malvern Avenue between Drexel and Garfield Street with no lane closure. Signs will be posted.
