Richard Street, at the intersection of Leonard Street, will be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday, November 17 through Friday, November 20, weather permitting, for gravity wastewater pipe installation. Richard Street traffic will be detoured onto Michael Street.
Leonard Street, from just west of Michael Street to just west of Richard Street, will be reduced to one lane from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday, November 17 through Friday, November 20, as needed and weather permitting, for gravity wastewater pipe installation.
Flagmen will be present and detour signs will be posted. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling in the area.
