One lane of Leonard Street, from just west of Michael Street to just west of Richard Street, and the intersection of Leonard and Richard streets will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, November 21 through Tuesday, November 24 for gravity wastewater pipe installation. Richard Street traffic will be detoured onto Michael Street. Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
