HOT SPRINGS – Beginning Friday, January 17, Emory Street, from Higdon Ferry Road to Prichard Street, will be closed to through traffic from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily for the next 60 days for water and wastewater line construction. The closing may include some overnight hours.
Signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during the closure.
